Exchange and Return Policy

Requirements to make changes and returns at Fullpower Moto Import Ltda.

Under what situations are returns or exchanges allowed?

  1. Request within 10 days after the purchase of the product, according to the date of the Invoice, provided that it is not damaged due to a fact attributable to the consumer. (Art. 21, Law 19,496). If the return is not made within this maximum period, Fullpower Moto Import Ltda. will not be held responsible.
  2. The product must be unused, with labels and in perfect physical condition.
  3. You must have the physical bill or invoice that was sent with your order.

How to process my return or exchange request?

It must be contacted within 10 days after the purchase by any of our means of contact (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Mail), indicate clearly and concisely:

  • Reason.
  • Product you purchased.
  • Name or order number with which you made the purchase.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Means by which it was made.
  • Photo of the product and its box where the labeling can be seen.

When can the user expect to receive a refund?

Fullpower Moto Import Ltda establishes; that the user may request a refund of their purchase once the box or boxes in our warehouse have been returned, received and verified. Once your request is made, in accordance with compliance with the guideline

Under what situations are returns or exchanges allowed?

The company undertakes to make the reimbursement within a period of no more than 3 business days according to acknowledgment of receipt in our warehouse.

All our products are previously certified and reviewed before being shipped. We recommend checking your merchandise when receiving it, checking that the number of boxes and weight delivered by the transport company matches the number of boxes reported on the invoice.

Fullpower Moto Import Ltda. is not responsible for damages made to the boxes by the transport company
